Ukrainian Startup Association
Areas of activity
Our goal is to create a systemic infrastructure to support innovation at the national level.
We create an environment in which startups can grow, attract investment and scale their solutions. In February 2023, the Association received the status of Digital Innovation Hub, which confirmed its role in the development of digital innovations.
In this direction, we:
- unite startups, investors, universities and business associations;
- develop regional innovation ecosystems;
- create digital support tools;
- prepare analytics on the state of the innovation sector;
- contribute to the formation of a favorable regulatory framework.
StartAid Ukraine
StartAid Ukraine is a national digital platform of opportunities for entrepreneurs, students, innovators and citizens.
The platform brings together:
- grant programs;
- financial instruments;
- learning opportunities;
- events;
- digital skills resources;
- best practices.
StartAid Ukraine integrates with European initiatives in the field of digital skills and promotes access of Ukrainians to international opportunities.
INVESTinUA
INVESTinUA is an international investment forum for innovation.
The forum was created to:
- promote Ukrainian technological solutions;
- attract private and institutional investors;
- support innovation in the reconstruction of Ukraine;
- develop international partnerships.
INVESTinUA brings together startups, investors, donors and government representatives on one platform.
Educational programs
We develop educational initiatives for entrepreneurs, students and youth.
- support startup schools and university incubators;
- organize webinars and trainings;
- promote the development of digital and entrepreneurial skills;
- share international experience in the field of innovation.
Education is the basis for the sustainable development of an innovative economy.
International cooperation
UAS actively cooperates with European and international partners.
- participate in European Union programs;
- integrate Ukrainian initiatives into European networks;
- develop partnerships with Sweden, Germany, Poland and other countries;
- facilitate the transfer of knowledge and best practices.
International integration is a key factor in the development of Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem.
Politics and advocacy
UAS represents the interests of the startup community and contributes to the formation of modern innovation policy.
- we prepare analytical materials and policy briefs;
- we participate in working groups under state bodies;
- we contribute to the improvement of the regulatory environment;
- we support the development of intellectual property and innovation infrastructure.
Our activities are aimed at creating transparent, understandable and effective rules for the development of entrepreneurship and technologies.
